Props (2022)
On April 16 2022 I went on a walk with all the plants from Mayfield, in Forest Park. I included their furniture, surrounding objects, and a plant from myself. The final destination was the Frank Lloyd Wright’s home studio in Oak Park. Time felt elongated on the return by tiredness, leg pain, cold, and rush. Care failed as some objects in the process. Care succeeded by problem-solving uncaring decisions.
